All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@hudalifestyle.co and we will investigate the matter.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@hudalifestyle.co before the order is dispatched.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@hudalifestyle.co. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
